Ellingson-DTD currently installs horizontal remediation wells for a wide variety of remedies, including soil vapor extraction (SVE), vapor mitigation, various forms of sparging or biosparging, In-Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO) and biological treatments, groundwater extraction, and treated water injection. We have completed both Conductive and Electrical Resistance Heating thermal projects and have teamed with the international consulting firm, Arcadis, to develop the Horizontal Reactive Media (HRX) well, a passive groundwater treatment system based on large diameter horizontal wells.
