BREMERTON, WA; August 2, 2016 – Directed Technologies Drilling, Inc., would like to announce Kelly Hillbun, PhD, is joining the DTD team. She will work as a project manager, collaborating with our clients to ensure successful planning and installation of horizontal wells.
Ms. Hillbun earned a doctorate from the University of Washington in geology and astrobiology, and was a double major at the University of Miami earning degrees in Geology and Ecosystem Science and Policy. As a doctoral student she conducted field research with an international team, drilling and collecting geologic data at sites in Antarctica, Australia, Canada, and the United States.

Kelly’s experience in drilling programs across the globe helped her to develop important skills that will allow her to excel at DTD including; planning complex projects, managing drilling in remote locations, analyzing/quantifying large and complicated data sets and strong communication skills.
Kelly will work from the Bremerton, WA office and support projects across the United States.
